The approximate time for delivery is 20 to 25 working days after the order is placed, except for customized products, which we aim to deliver within 30 working days of the order being placed. Pieces from Fancy Rings ordered via the website or the Customer Service are delivered around the world.Shipping costs are calculated according to the country of delivery you select. Fancy Rings will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed about the different stages of your order. In addition, your personalized account on MyFR will allow you to follow your order status.

How to make a payment?

You can pay for your purchases with PayPal®, or via bank transfer. Fancy Rings has implemented security measures to protect the personal information you provide against unauthorized access and use.

How to exchange or return a Fancy Rings product ordered online or by phone?

You are entitled to return or exchange any jewelry piece ordered on the website within 15 or 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt (except for personalized creations which are neither returnable nor exchangeable). Please note that we charge a lump sum of 20 € for cleaning and sterilization. You should return pieces in their original condition, with their purchase invoice and in their original packaging (use the returns label included in the delivery parcel). You should complete and send us the "Return Card" included in the delivery parcel indicating whether you wish to exchange items or whether you want a refund.
